High-precision CNC vertical lathe is a branch series of CNC machine tools. It is a control technology that applies digital computing technology to machine tools. It can complete the four functions of turning, milling, drilling and grinding without excessive disassembly and assembly. can be used.
In order to extend the service life of high-precision CNC vertical lathes and confirm that the machine tool's various functions are operating normally, it is necessary to do a good job in daily maintenance of the machine tool, and confirm and inspect it on schedule. Let's share the methods of machine tool maintenance:
1. Daily inspection: The main items include hydraulic system, spindle lubrication system, guide rail lubrication system, cooling system, and pneumatic system. Daily inspection is based on the normal conditions of the system. For example, when performing process inspection of the spindle lubrication system, the power light is on and the oil pressure pump should operate normally. If the power light is not on, the spindle should be kept at rest and communicate with the machinist. Communicate and perform repairs.
2. Weekly inspection: Its main items include machine tool parts and spindle lubrication system, which should be accurately inspected every week. In particular, iron filings should be removed from machine tool parts and external debris should be cleaned.
3. Monthly inspection: mainly inspect the power supply and air dryer. Under normal circumstances, the power supply voltage has a rated voltage of 180v~220v and a frequency of 50hz. If there is any abnormality, it must be measured and adjusted. The air dryer should be disassembled, cleaned and assembled once a month.
The transmission box body and valve shaft seal of the high-precision CNC vertical lathe cannot be connected into a leak-free whole, otherwise reliable measures to prevent cross-leakage should be taken. There should be no debris in the box, and the gear engagement parts should be protected by grease. The opening and closing direction of the actuator valve of the CNC vertical lathe valve should be clockwise when operating.
Because the valves in the pipeline network are often opened and closed manually, the number of opening and closing revolutions of the CNC vertical lathe should not be too many. Even large-diameter valves should be within 200-600 revolutions. In order to facilitate one person's opening and closing operation, the opening and closing torque should be 240N-m under plumber's pressure. The opening and closing control end of the valve should be a square tenon with standardized dimensions and face the ground so that people can operate it directly from the ground. Valves with wheel discs are not suitable for use in underground pipe networks.
