The CW6163B/6180B/6194 ordinary horizontal lathe series is mainly suitable for turning internal and external cylinders, conical surfaces and other rotating parts. It can process various conventional metric and inch threads. This series of lathes also has the following features:
1. The side walls of the bed are made of double rib plates, and the shape of the inner ribs is a combination of box and diagonal ribs. The rigidity of the machine tool is higher than that of ordinary lathes, and the accuracy is stable and it can perform powerful cutting.
2. The slide plate is equipped with a fast-moving structure, which can be operated visually with a single handle. The spindle can rotate forward and reverse and brake. The user can choose hydraulic control or manual mechanical control.
3. The bed saddle guide rail is made of bonded "TSF" soft belt wear-resistant material .
4. The small tool holder can automatically move the tool according to user needs.
