1. The rough surface of the workpiece is not allowed to be placed directly on the workbench and should be supported by pad iron or screw top; it is strictly prohibited to use the workbench for other operations such as hammering to correct the workpiece, welding the workpiece, etc.

2. When aligning the workpiece, the worktable can only be rotated at a low speed to align the workpiece, and high-speed alignment is not allowed.

3. When opening and closing the workbench, the handle of the workbench can only be pulled by hand, and pedals are strictly prohibited.

4. Do not lift the beam or move the tool holder quickly while the workbench is rolling.

5. When moving the cross beam, the clamping device must be loosened first, and the clamping device must be tightened immediately after the movement is completed. Each time the beam is lowered, it should be raised a little to eliminate the gap between the screw and nut.

6. Gravity cutting is not allowed when the ram of the vertical tool rest and the side tool rest is stretched out for a long time; when using the vertical tool rest for processing, especially when doing gravity cutting, the beam should be lowered as close as possible to the work. position.

7. When performing intermittent cutting, the amount of feed and the speed of the worktable should be appropriately reduced.

8. When changing gears, the operating lever must be pushed to the specified position. If the gears are not meshed well, they should be adjusted by micro-movement after work, and no forced operation is allowed.
