1. When entering the control room, you must wear well-fitting work clothes and a work cap. The shirt must be tied into the trousers, and the open sleeves must be tied tightly. Female students must put their long hair into the cap; slippers, high heels, sandals, skirts, etc. are prohibited. Wear shorts and a scarf to avoid burns.
2. Before starting the CNC vertical lathe, check whether the chuck wrench is removed and whether the machine tool speed change handle is in the correct position.
3. It is strictly forbidden to wear gloves when operating, and work clothes, collars, and cuffs must be fastened.
4. It is prohibited to touch the rotating spindle, workpiece or other moving parts with your hands or any other means.
5. When the various mechanisms of the machine tool are operating, the handles must not be changed. If you change the handle position, you must do it after parking.
6. Tools used for clamping workpieces and adjusting tools are prohibited from being placed on the machine tool guide rails.
7. It is prohibited to install and disassemble the tool while the spindle is rotating.
8. During automatic processing, it is prohibited to open the machine tool protective door.
9. It is forbidden to touch the knife tip and iron filings with your hands. Use a brush and hook to handle them.
10. During operation, it is prohibited to play in the workplace.
11. If a certain job requires two or more people to complete, they must cooperate with each other. One person must be responsible for safety. They must say hello before driving to prevent accidents.
12. After the operation is completed, cut off the power supply, clean the iron filings on the surface of the workbench and maintain sanitation of the site.
