1. The uses and characteristics of machine tools
1.1 Main purposes:
This series of lathes is suitable for various turning tasks, such as turning internal and external cylindrical surfaces, conical surfaces, other rotating surfaces, and end faces. It can also process various commonly used threads - such as metric, inch, module, diameter pitch threads, as well as drilling, reaming, Tapping, broaching wire ducting and other tasks. This machine tool can process materials such as steel, cast iron and non-ferrous metals.
1.2 Accuracy and indicators of processed parts
When the machine tool is finishing the test piece, the roundness error shall not be greater than 0.01mm, the cylindricity error shall not be greater than 0.04mm on a measuring length of 300mm, and the surface roughness (Ra) shall not be greater than 2.5μm.
1.3 Main structural features
(1) High torsion resistance horizontal plane lathe, carefully manufactured from high-quality cast iron, and the guide rail surface undergoes precision induction hardening treatment. The bed surface is 600mm wide;
(2) The guide rail pair composed of a soft PTFE guide rail tape is wear-resistant, vibration-absorbing, and has good accuracy retention;
(3) The spindle adopts a three-support structure, which has high rigidity, high precision, and can perform powerful cutting. The main shaft through hole is a large through hole of Ф100;
(4) 18-level wide speed regulation range, you can choose a more reasonable speed;
(5) Metric and inch threads can be turned directly;
(6) The sliding crate has a fast-moving mechanism.
