Things To Note When Running Ordinary Lathes

1. Non-staff are strictly prohibited from operating the machine tool.
2. It is strictly prohibited to touch the tool, the rotating part of the machine tool or the rotating workpiece during operation.
3. It is not allowed to use emergency stop. If you use this button to stop the machine in an emergency, you should check it again according to the regulations before starting the machine tool.

5. For parts with blisters, shrinkage cavities or keyways on the inner wall, do not use a triangular scraper to cut the inner hole.
6. The compressed air or liquid pressure of the pneumatic rear hydraulic chuck must reach the specified value before it can be used.
7. When turning slender workpieces, and the protruding length on the front two sides of the bed exceeds 4 times the diameter, the center should be used according to the process regulations. Center stand or tool rest support. When extending behind the head of the bed, guards and warning signs should be added.
8. When cutting brittle metal or cutting that is prone to splashing (including grinding), a protective baffle should be installed, and the operator should wear protective glasses.
