It is suitable for turning outer circles, end faces, grooving, cutting off, boring, turning inner and outer cones and various shaft parts, cylindrical and disc-shaped parts made of different materials using high-speed steel and carbide steel cutting tools. Threads etc. The bed is an overall box-shaped structure with three rectangular guide rails. Cast in one go using high standard cast iron (HT300). After secondary aging treatment, it has good stability. The guide rail has a wide surface (1600mm/2090mm), good rigidity and strong vibration resistance; it adopts steel-inlaid guide rails and is precision ground by imported guide rail grinders to ensure long life, high precision and good retention.
