1. When processing parts, the protective door must be closed, and the head and hands are not allowed to be stretched into the protective door. The protective door is not allowed to be opened during processing;
2. During the processing, the operator is not allowed to leave the machine tool without authorization, and should keep his mind highly focused and observe the operating status of the machine tool. If an abnormal phenomenon or accident occurs, the program operation should be terminated immediately, the power supply should be cut off, and the instructor should be reported in a timely manner. No other operations are allowed;
3. It is strictly forbidden to tap the control panel or touch screen with force. It is strictly prohibited to knock on the workbench, dividing head, fixtures and guide rails;
4. It is strictly prohibited to open the CNC system control cabinet for viewing and touching without permission;
5. Operators are not allowed to change the internal parameters of the machine tool at will. Intern students are not allowed to call or modify other programs that were not written by themselves;
6. On the machine tool control computer, no other operations are allowed except for program operation, transmission and program copying;
7. CNC milling machines are high-precision equipment. Except for placing tooling and workpieces on the workbench, it is strictly prohibited to stack any tools, clamps, blades, measuring tools, workpieces and other debris on the machine tool;
8. It is forbidden to touch the knife tip and iron filings with your hands. Iron filings must be cleaned with iron hooks or brushes;
9. It is prohibited to touch the rotating spindle, workpiece or other moving parts with your hands or any other means;
10. It is prohibited to measure the workpiece or manually change the speed during processing, nor to use cotton to wipe the workpiece, nor to clean the machine tool;
11. Trial operations are prohibited;
12. When using the handwheel or rapid movement to move the position of each axis, be sure to read the " , -" signs in each direction of the machine tool's X, Y, and Z axes before moving. When moving, first turn the handwheel slowly to observe that the machine tool is moving in the correct direction before speeding up the movement;
13. When it is necessary to pause the measurement of the workpiece size while the program is running, wait until the machine tool has completely stopped and the spindle has stopped before measuring to avoid personal accidents;
14. If the machine tool is not used for several days, the NC and CRT parts should be powered on for 2-3 hours every other day;
15. When shutting down, wait for the spindle to stop rotating for 3 minutes before shutting down.
