1. Stick to your post, operate carefully, and do not do anything unrelated to work. When leaving the machine tool for business, stop the machine and turn off the power and air supply;
2. Process according to process regulations. It is not allowed to arbitrarily increase the feed amount, grinding amount and cutting (grinding) speed. Do not use machine tools beyond specifications, overload, or weight. Rough use of fine machines and small use of large machines is not allowed;
3. Tools and workpieces should be clamped correctly and fastened firmly. Do not damage the machine tool during loading and unloading. Do not hit the tool or workpiece with a heavy hammer when aligning it. It is not allowed to tighten tools and workpieces by extending the handle to increase torque;
4. It is not allowed to install thimbles, tools, tool sleeves, etc. that are inconsistent with the taper or hole diameter, have scratches on the surface, and are unclean in the taper hole of the machine tool spindle, the taper hole of the tailstock sleeve, and other tool installation holes;
5. The mechanical speed change of the transmission and feeding mechanism, the clamping and adjustment of the tool and the workpiece, and the manual measurement of the workpiece between processes should all be carried out after the cutting and grinding are terminated and the tool and grinding tool are withdrawn from the workpiece and stopped;
6. Knives and grinding tools should be kept sharp. If they become dull or cracked, they should be sharpened or replaced in time;
7. During cutting and grinding, the tool and grinding tools are not allowed to stop until they leave the workpiece;
8. It is not allowed to dismantle the safety protection devices on machine tools without authorization. Machine tools lacking safety protection devices are not allowed to work;
9. Except for the throttle valve, other hydraulic valves of the hydraulic system are not allowed to be adjusted without permission;
10. Do not place tools, workpieces and other debris directly on the machine tool, especially on the guide rail surface and work surface;
11. Frequently remove iron filings and oil stains on the machine tool, and keep the guide rail surface, sliding surface, rotating surface, positioning datum surface and work surface clean;
12. Pay close attention to the operation and lubrication conditions of the machine tool. If any abnormal phenomena such as movement failure, vibration, heat, crawling, noise, odor, bruises, etc. are found, stop the machine immediately for inspection and troubleshooting before continuing to work;
13. When an accident occurs with a machine tool, you should immediately press the general stop button, keep the accident scene, and report to the relevant departments for analysis and processing;
14. Welding and repair welding of workpieces on machine tools is not allowed.
